Wait . . . there's a 17th NORTH? Where? Middle of Lk Union? As for other places, I recall from my long ago runs around Lk Union that there are a few embedded street signs on west sidewalk of Eastlake not far south of Univ Bridge. Does anyone know specifically which corners?
There's one on the SW corner of Eastlake & Furmann. There's another on the east side of Eastlake just south of the intersection with Harvard, right next to the crosswalk by the bus shelter. Both of them are embedded and have an illustration as well as the street names.

There WAS a 17th Avenue north but it no longer exists. It's now 17th Avenue East.
