Just last night I had a close to BBB experience, merely having to walk out my front door and seeing a Barred Owl on the electrical wire across the street!
Following a crow ruckus last year led me to my first ever screech owl sighting, literally right outside my house in Highland Park. The owl was tucked way back in some ivy, I never would've spotted it otherwise!
